REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY
3.1 Refund Policy
Refunds must be requested within 10 days of payment made. Please write to info@tunveygogia.com with the details and the refund will be provided within 2 working days of the email. Refund will happen through the same mode of payment used during the transaction and funds get credited within 5-7 working days. For credit cards or international transactions, there may be a longer timeline for the funds to get credited based on the users bank. Users must adhere to the specified criteria to be eligible for a refund.
3.2 Cancellation Policy
Users may cancel their participation in coaching and training programs by adhering to the cancellation policy outlined in the program. Refunds, if applicable, will be processed in accordance with the refund policy.

As our offerings are intangible services delivered electronically, we do not accept returns for coaching and training programs. Once access is granted or services are initiated, they are considered fulfilled, and refunds will be governed by the Refund Policy outlined in Section 3.
