About

Tunvey Gogia is a Corporate Trainer, Executive Coach, an NLP Practitioner and a Motivational Speaker. She seamlessly integrates her 20-year experience as a corporate and media professional with her enthusiasm for engaging with people. Her core area of expertise is behavioural change and guiding people to realise their inner potential.

Over two decades, she has gathered extensive industry experiences in TV, content creation, entrepreneurship, and corporate training. She began in DD as an anchor, and more recently, she has collaborated as a creative producer in short films and OTT shows. From Star World to NDTV, she has been part of several theme-based programs. Although the initial phase of her career was in the entertainment segment, she naturally transitioned into educational and social issues-based shows. A dynamic presenter, she has hosted over 300+ talk shows and interviewed people from all spheres of life. The most tangible reward of her profession has been meeting people from diverse backgrounds.

As she interacted with people, she gained a compelling repertoire of interpersonal skills. Her impressive record of achievements as a media professional owes a great deal to recognizing the power of meaningful conversations to broaden the horizon of human perspective.

Her unwavering belief in the power of human imagination further boosted her interest in understanding human behaviour. Subsequently, she set on a personal quest to gain an insight into coaching and corporate training. In time, the audience of her corporate training sessions has grown from a close-knitted group of 10 attendees to over 1,000.

As a corporate trainer, Tunvey delivers programs designed for C-suite leaders that can help them become a positive driving force for their companies, and for junior staff to achieve their goals and learn leadership skills. She blends structured exercises with real-world experiences, and builds an effective framework that drives everyone to bring forth the best of who they are to themselves, their families, their organisations and their communities. More than throwing out big words from the stage, she ascribes to a holistic approach that elicits a productive two-way interaction that eases everyone into rediscovering their true purpose.

For Tunvey, becoming a trainer and coach is not about giving random advice to people to make them feel good! It is about letting them realize their inner potential and get clarity on what they really want from their lives and much more. She aspires to make the limitless possible.
